Guidelines for Communication via Approved Channels
All trainees and trainers must adhere to the following guidelines when communicating through any of the approved channels:
Participation must be relevant to the training program.
Discussion of political or religious beliefs is prohibited during lectures or in communication with the Institute or trainers.
Commitment to active and constructive participation in the virtual classroom.
Adherence to proper communication etiquette and mutual respect among trainees and between trainees and trainers.
Respect for colleagues’ contributions by engaging in inquiries and discussions until their completion.
Avoidance of interrupting the trainer during explanations, with opportunities for inquiries and discussions permitted within the lecture’s scope and upon the trainer’s authorization.
Commitment to keeping the camera and microphone turned off until permitted to activate the microphone for participation.
Observance of proper online communication etiquette.
Compliance with privacy policies and respect for others’ personal information.
Respect for the ideas and beliefs of others.
Disciplinary Actions for Violating Communication Etiquette
In case of violation of communication etiquette, the following measures will be applied:
Private communication with the trainee to issue a verbal warning, followed by a formal written warning if the violation persists.
Temporary suspension from participating in synchronous training sessions.
Permanent exclusion from a training session if the violation is repeated more than once, with temporary restriction of access to course materials until compliance is achieved.
Temporary suspension of the trainee’s account on the platform if violations continue, until adherence to communication etiquette is demonstrated.
Disciplinary decisions will be recorded in the trainee’s file and submitted to the relevant administration for follow-up.
