Attendance Policy (English)
Introduction
Given the importance of attending remote training courses, the Business Competencies Training Institute emphasizes that e-learning is no less significant than traditional in-person training. Therefore, trainees are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure an effective and productive training experience.
Attendance Guidelines
  1. Creating a Personal Account
    • Each trainee must have a personal account with a unique username and password, provided through the electronic registration system.
  2. Activating Attendance Verification
    • Electronic verification tools (e.g., attendance tracking via the platform or Zoom) are activated to document trainee attendance.
  3. Required Attendance Percentage
    • To receive a course attendance certificate, trainees must attend at least 75% (seventy-five percent) of the scheduled training hours.
  4. Matching Login Credentials
    • The login name used for the training platform must exactly match the name registered in the electronic registration system on the Institute’s website.
  5. Early Login
    • Trainees are requested to log in to the session sufficiently early (10-15 minutes prior) to verify the quality of the internet connection, audio, and video on the device used.
  6. Downloading Training Materials
    • Trainees should download the training program files (e.g., presentations or documents) from the Institute’s website and review them before the course begins.
  7. Microphone Management
    • The microphone must remain muted during training sessions and should only be activated when participating or responding to the trainer’s questions, then muted again.
  8. Attendance Monitoring
    • The trainer or training coordinator verifies trainees’ remote attendance using the platform’s tools.
